non-functioning ac unaddressed issue
The room felt more basic than I anticipated. I found a few mosquitoes upon arrival , a minor inconvenience. The air conditioning did not seem to work well and the staff did not try to fix it.

Super stay, very clean
pastry selection coffee machine friendly staff spacious room
I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. They had a wide selection of pastries. The coffee machine made great cappuccinos. The staff were super friendly. I especially liked Alessandro at the bar. He gave us good recommendations. The air conditioning worked great. The room was clean and spacious.
The blue line street parking wasn't super close.

The location were a fifteen-minute walk to the Duomo. A five-minute walk leads to the Parterre tram station. It's a tram goes directly to the SMN train station.

The staff was always ready to help with directions. They helped us find local restaurants. Alessandro at the bar makes really great drinks. He is very knowledgeable about local wines and liquors.
